Flight 3911
Refreshing to read a fast paced fictional, but very realistic version about how ordinary US citizens react under pressure to become American heroes. This book takes you back to 9/11 but puts a twist on what could have happened. It shows how working together for the common good, heroes can come in all shapes and sizes! The detail included by the author makes this an enjoyable read and one that has you cheering for the good guys throughout. Reminds you of how our country was able to pull together, no matter what political party or race or economic demographic, when we were confronted with one of our worst ever acts of terrorism on our soil. Kudos to "Flight 3911" for bringing back that great feeling of patriotism for our country.

Flight 3911
With just the right ingredients, Billy Paul Smith has written a captivating and easy read of fiction, yet of factual nature. For seasoned readers, memories are triggered of that fateful event of 9/11. Flight 3911 is a page turner of “what ifs” had occurred on that historical event in America and is interlaced with comical and colorful conversation, emotional struggles and circumstances. Great read!

Abuse of Process:
When reading Abuse of Process, emotions one might experience, might be outrage and anger. “We have a diamond in the rough." The storyline is interesting and holds our attention. The legal jargon and plot is intriguing. The author’s first book needs polishing but is reminiscent of Michael Crichton’s work. The nature of the unusual male on male sexual harassment lawsuit against a former business associate, could have been the first of its kind in the country; the inclusion of this case makes in the storyline not only believable given our social climate today, but also extremely intriguing.” The dialog seems real and is interesting. Dialog accounts for about 50% of the book. Much of the dialog is taken from tape recorded conversations and court transcripts. This dialog includes conversations with a Federal Judge, a Bankruptcy Trustee as well as various lawyers and US Attorneys.

Abuse of Process
Abuse of Process is the saga of Billy Powell, a businessman more sinned against than sinning, whose life, love and property is threatened by legal chicanery incarnate, the kind that's inevitable in a system designed and driven by a society of lawyers, who are, observed Jonathan Swift nearly 300 years ago, "practiced almost from the cradle in defending falsehood." Judges, it follows, are "picked out of the most dexterous lawyers who are grown old or lazy.” Having been "biased all their lives against truth and equity," they lie under the "fatal necessity of favoring favor fraud, perjury, and oppression." Well, such is the climate for Billy Paul Smith's new book, Abuse of Process. The setting is a moderately sized modern city in southwest Georgia, USA., where government from the White House down is infested with lawyers bred and trained in the art of proving for pay that "white is black." Fueled by righteous indignation from his personal ruin, author Billy Paul Smith strikes back with mighty pen and thinly disguised fiction against the jurisprudent bloodsuckers dressed in Armani suits who led him to the slaughter and made sure he didn't back out of the chute. To read Abuse of Process is join its author's fervid crusade to drive the powerfully corrupt from their legal intersanctum into the open air, where hissing and cursing like moldy vampires, they will disintegrate in the light of common day. Billy Paul Smith is such a writer, an exorcist driving dripping pen into the hearts of the enemy who robbed him of fortune, family and reputation.--.
